I decided to blog purely so I can have an archive for my life and activities. Which I suppose is why most people blog. I guess they also blog to promote themselves or get out a message or opinion. This is my first time blogging and I doubt people would actually read this. Whatever.
Tomorrow I am going to try a baking experiment. French Macarons. I really don't have high hopes of it actually working properly because I haven't even made meringues before and thats basically what they are. I'm wanting to try different flavours and colours too and not stick to just vanilla. My top picks are going to be Chocolate, Strawberry, Lemon, Pistachio and Passionfruit. Since its so close to Valentine's day I thought I would give them out to my friends in gift boxes. Thats if they work. If they turn to crap I will just make some heart shaped sugar cookies or something easy peasy but pretty.

But you know... not as awesome. I'll try and take some photos to see if I am successful. But I don't have set recipes for all the flavours so its going to be trial and error. Mostly error. Wish me luck.
